<p>By agreeing to these terms the partner agrees to all of the following:</p>

<li>The partner is prohibited from promoting our brands or products on sites containing offensive or illegal content of any kind.</li>
<li>The partner may only use only approved marketing materials and must adhere to brand guidelines, representing the advertiser positively.</li>
<li>The partner may not bid on the brand, it’s domain or any of the advertiser’s trademarked terms with paid search advertising. This includes Brand + generic terms.</li>
<li>The partner must ensure promotional offers are up to date, no expired promotions or codes should be listed on the partner’s website or marketing material.</li>
<li>The partner must act ethically at all times to only generate genuine sales from real customers. </li>
</ul>
<p>The advertiser retains the right to cancel commissions and/or remove the partner from the campaign immediately should they break any of these terms.</p>
