<p>If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:</p>
<p>1. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms without express written permission, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network. These trademark terms include Homestyler, Homestyler .com, www. Homestyler .com, http://www. Homestyler .com and similar terms without express written permission.</p>
<p>2. You may not use our trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g “Homestyler Coupons”) without express written permission.<br />
If you want to obtain permission for paid search, such as direct search and TM+ bidding terms, please contact us via email at partner@affprogramhub.com.</p>
<p>If you automate your PPC campaigns, the responsibility is yours to exclude our trademark terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords. If you violate these PPC guidelines your current and past commission will be set to 0% without warning.</p>

<p>SOCIAL MEDIA</p>
<p>Affiliates are not permitted to use TM, TM+terms or any variation or misspelling to create pages or accounts on Facebook/Youtube/Twitter/Reddit/Instagram etc., including but not limited to Homestyler, Homestyler.com, www Homestyler.com</p>
<p>DOMAIN NAMES</p>
<p>Use of any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of the domain for your website is strictly prohibited. (e.g. www. Homestyler-coupons.com).</p>
<p>ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY</p>
<p>You shall not create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:</p>
<p>1. Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) with respect to our Program.</p>
<p>2. E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Homestyler.</p>
<p>3. E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent.</p>
<p>FTC COMPLIANCE</p>
<p>You are required by Homestyler to disclose your affiliate relationship on any promotion for this merchant. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, videos, emails, social media and website pages. Your audience must understand you may earn commissions if they click your links. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that Homestyler is compensating you for your review or endorsement. If you received the product for free from Homestyler for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure.</p>

<p>Affiliate Rules</p>
<p>1. The Partner must not embed the Program on websites which 1) contain sexually explicit materials, or 2) promote violence, discrimination, drugs, or 3) promote other illegal, harassing or inappropriate activities, or 4) may violate or infringe the rights of any third party, or 5) contain materials which may undermine the Company’s reputation.</p>
<p>2. The Partner shall not use, apply for registration of, or register any symbols or names identical or similar to any trademarks (whether registered or not), trade names, logos and domain names of the Company.</p>
<p>3. If a new user places an order within 90 days of the first visit to the Partner’ referral link, all payment orders within 365 days of the new user can be counted as Commission; if the new user does not place an order within 90 days of the first visit, future orders will not be counted to the Partner’s Commission.</p>
<p>4. Both parties confirm that only the cost of new users purchasing our products and services in the first year can be included in the commission. The amount of the Commission may be increased subject to the Parties‘ mutual consent. The Company has the right to adjust the Commission ratio at any time according to the market conditions and the operation of the Homestyler affiliate program. If the company adjusts the Commission ratio, the Company shall notify the Partner in advance.</p>
<p>5. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the Commission earned through fraudulent, illegal or questionable sales or marketing methods.</p>
