<p>Our job is to find quality goods worldwide. Our achievement is to create better lifestyle for customers. With more than 60 years’ experience as the brand agency we look for creative and unique design to import to Taiwan in order to improve daily lives. Since 1960s we have started from the business of photographic equipment. And in 2020 we have celebrated 60<sup>th</sup> anniversary and still been enthusiastic about what we’re doing. We currently have 25 brands worldwide from the eco-friendly products kitchen appliances and utensils to health care and daily necessities. Efficiency is our value. Service is our mission.<br/>As a brand agent it’s known that customers service and after service are the highest value. In 2002 hengstyle was born and provided not only merchandise but the possibilities of exploring advanced life. In 2008 onsite service group set up assisting customers to know their appliances at home and offering repair. In 2014 maintenance service and logistic system were digitalized. Along with telephone customer service we perfected the whole service system. We have set the new goals of “answering calls in 30 seconds” and “fix in one day.” In 2020 hengstyle has its official LINE account and website to extend quality customer service.</p>
