<p>The Taiwan Taxi is Taiwan ’s first brand taxi dispatch company, established in September 2005. At present, the total number of Taiwan Taxi vehicles in Taiwan has exceeded 22,000 units, with a market share of 24%.<br />
The service scope covers all cities and counties of Taiwan and has been awarded an "Excellent" rating by the Taipei City Public Transportation Office for ten consecutive years. Other regions, including Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, have also rated Taiwan Taxi "Excellent" in taxi passenger service industry evaluations.<br />
Taiwan Taxi is the earliest domestic taxi fleet to launch a mobile app – called the “55688 APP” – through which users can reserve safe transportation services. The 55688 APP has accumulated more than 5 million downloads so far.<br />
In addition to continuously upgrading the 55688 APP to meet the needs of passengers for convenient taxi calls, it also breaks away from the traditional taxi industry framework, leading the industry to provide more than 22 different payment methods and multiple reward point programs to offset fares.<br />
The group also connects the needs of passengers with regard to dining, apparel, accommodation, transportation, education, and entertainment to create a new paradigm for people-centered development of diversified industries.</p>
